TERRA provided site development services for the 27-story, LEED Gold Northwestern Memorial Hospital Outpatient Care Pavilion (OCP) located in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. Our team provided construction documents, specifications, permitting and construction assistance for the state-of-the-art high-rise medical facility.
TERRA’s innovative contributions included an ADA- and CDOT-compliant streetscape grading and drainage design that reflected the aesthetic goals of the project while providing the functional needs for the building occupants and surrounding community. Our team designed a detention system that
allows stormwater from the roof to enter an underground tank that discharges to the Chicago sewer adjacent to the building..
